I read in The Journal of Women's Health, as women, added 3 servings of yogurt a day lost 61% more fat and 81% of the body more prone than people who do not eat.
So, if you eat 3 cups of Dannon yogurt, low fat, all natural (off) I'm going to lose more body fat?
